The Real Rising was founded by Heather, a seasoned litigation partner in an AmLaw 100 law firm and founder and Managing Partner of one of its
largest offices, transformational leadership consultant, and Certified Professional Coach. With over two decades of legal experience and a
background in psychology, Heather leverages a whole-person approach to leadership development. She has a proven track record of coaching
individuals to rise to their potential, building high-performing teams that level up results, and skillfully defining, implementing, and
maintaining person-centered workplace cultures.
